Return & Refund Policy

At Mad Geniuses Labs (MGL), we take pride in offering the best in new and used gear for our customers. Because many of our products are unique, one-of-a-kind, or pre-owned, we ask customers to carefully review the following policy before making a purchase. When purchasing from MGL you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.

1. Product Condition & Grading

  • All products are evaluated and graded prior to listing according to the MGL Gear Grading System.

  • Customers should review this system prior to purchase to fully understand the condition, appearance, and functionality of each item offered for sale.

2. Right to Request Additional Information

  • Our team makes every effort to provide accurate and transparent information so you can shop with confidence. Customers are welcome to request additional photos or details of any product before completing a purchase.

3. Customer Responsibility

  • By placing an order, the customer acknowledges they have reviewed the product description, grading, and condition information.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to request clarifications or additional product details before purchasing.

4. All Sales Are Final

  • Due to the nature of selling both new and used equipment, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. Once an order has been purchased and shipped, it is considered final sale.

  • During this 30-day period, customers will have the option to opt out of the new policies. If a customer opts out, their information will continue to be governed by the version of the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of their most recent transaction.

  • Our website may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (for example WIX payment processing, and Shippo and FreightCenter for shipping). MGL is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage customers to review the privacy policies of any third-party services before engaging with them.

  • Our website and products are not directed toward children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that information has been collected from a minor without parental consent, we will promptly delete it.
